Terms & Conditions
Our ultimate goal is to provide you with a cake of your dreams and to make sure you have an amazing experience every time. From carefully selected, high quality ingredients to the final product upon collection, we wish to provide you with the best possible products and services.
When ordering a custom cake, a $50 deposit is required to secure your booking. Please pay deposits as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. All deposits are non-refundable.
Your booking is only confirmed once deposit or full payment is received. Full payment will be due at least 7 days prior to your booking date. If full payment is not received on time we will not be able to fulfil your order, with any deposits/part payments made being non-refundable.
Exceptions are made for last minute orders (if there is availability) where full payment will need to be processed immediately after cake design and details have been confirmed. We do not start making cakes until full payment is received.
You may cancel your order with up to 7 days notice but please do give as much notice as possible. Refunds will not be given for cancellations made within 7 days (this includes unforeseen circumstances and change of mind). As mentioned in our payment policy above, deposits are non-refundable so please make sure your booking details and dates are correct. All refunds due to cancellation will be made at our discretion and will be given as credit. We do not give cash refunds.
If your cake has not met your design expectations, please let us know upon pick up. For any other issues, refunds/credits will be made at our discretion. Please be aware you will not be eligible for a refund if your cake has been consumed. Once the cake has left our premises, the customer bears all responsibility for the cakes care and safe transport. We accept no responsibility once the cake has left us.
Upon receiving and paying any invoice from Cake by Kristen Limited, you agree to the above Terms & Conditions.
