HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO ORDER A CAKE?
We generally start to book out 2-3 weeks in advance but we can usually help on shorter notice. If you require a cake within the next 7 days, email us with 'URGENT' in the subject line and we will do our best to help.
Wedding cakes or orders for multiple cakes should be booked 3-4 months in advance to avoid missing out on your date, especially if it's during peak season (Nov-March). However, don't hesitate to email and ask, as we are usually able to help!
WILL MY CAKE COME IN A BOX?
Yes. All cakes and other treats will be packaged before you pick up. Smaller cakes will come in a white box, the same size as your cake board and larger cakes will come in a sturdy brown impact box. All cakes come with cake care instructions and a non-slip mat (if required) to go underneath the cake board to avoid sliding while transporting. Please request a non-slip mat to go under the cake box if you don't have anything else to secure your box with.

We are based inside the Apartment Building at 585 Beach Road, Rothesay Bay, Auckland

Yes! We have an amazing bespoke delivery partner who deliver our cakes. Email us to find out about charges.
HOW LONG WILL MY CAKE LAST?
Although best eaten 1-2 days after pick up, cakes will usually last about a week in the fridge when wrapped in clingfilm or in an airtight container. Cakes can also be frozen.
WHERE SHOULD I STORE MY CAKE?
Cakes should be stored in the fridge for as long as possible before your event. If you are displaying your cake, make sure it is out of direct sunlight. Cakes are best eaten at room temperature.
DO YOU MAKE GLUTEN FREE/DAIRY FREE/EGG FREE CAKES?
We can cater to most dietary requirements. Most flavours can be adapted so just let us know your requirements and we can let you know what flavours are available. Please note, although we are always careful with cross contamination, we are unable to cater to allergies as there will always be a risk of traces present in our kitchen.
